PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY:
- Pray for a deeper understanding of God’s glory and how it applies to your life.
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. (2 Corinthians 3:18, KJV).
- Ask for the grace to live a life that reflects His glory in your decisions, words, and actions
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. (Matthew 5:16, KJV)
- Pray for divine strength to walk in obedience to His Word daily.
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. (Psalm 119:105, KJV)
- Declare that His glory will shield and protect you from harm.
But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. (Psalm 3:3, KJV).
- Ask for boldness to share the gospel and demonstrate His love to others.
And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. (Acts 4:31, KJV)
- Pray for victory over sin and the ability to live a holy and righteous life.
For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. (Romans 6:14, KJV)
- Declare that His glory will illuminate your path and guide your decisions.
And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. (Isaiah 58:11, KJV)
- Ask for humility and a heart fully surrendered to His will.
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. (James 4:10, KJV)
- Pray for breakthroughs in areas of struggle, knowing that His glory transforms lives.
And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing. (Isaiah 10:27, KJV)
- Declare that your family will walk in unity and reflect God’s glory in 2025.
And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. (Colossians 3:14-15, KJV)
- Ask for favor in your workplace, community, and relationships.
Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:
So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.. (Proverbs 3:3-4, KJV)
- Pray that His glory will bring clarity to any area of confusion in your life.
For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. (1 Corinthians 14:33, KJV)
- Declare that His glory will shine through you, drawing others to Christ.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1:14, KJV)
