Good morning and Blessings to you!
PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY:
- Thank God for His faithfulness to every generation.
For the LORD is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations. (Psalm 100:5, NIV).
- Pray for the younger generation to experience a hunger for God.
And afterward, I will pour out My Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions (Joel 2:28, NIV)
- Intercede for parents to raise their children in God’s ways.
Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it. (Proverbs 22:6, NIV)
- Declare that your family lineage will serve and glorify God.
But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD. (Joshua 24:15, NIV).
- Pray for mentors and spiritual leaders to guide the next generation.
You, however, must teach what is appropriate to sound doctrine. Teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. (Titus 2:1-8, NIV)
- Thank God for the legacy of faith being established in your family.
These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. (Deuteronomy 6:6-7, NIV)
