Day 8 (June 17, 2024) Prayer Points

Good morning and Blessings to you.

PRAYER POINTS FOR TODAY:

  1. Thank God for the strength and the empowerment to stay committed to the fasting and prayer, seeking His face and His will in such a crucial time as this.

The Lord is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation. Psalm 118:14

  1. Thank God for what He is doing in our midst, for victory and for the manifestation of answered prayers.

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:57

  1. Give thanks to God for a higher dimension of His presence, glory, grace and power at work in the ministry and in your life today.

But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. 6And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, Ephesians 2:4-6

  1. Pray that God will give you divine direction and strategy as to what to do, how to do it and when to do it to obtain bountiful results and breakthrough in the areas you need them.
  2. Pray that God will give you a burning passion for the lost souls and the desire to bring them to church and to see them saved.

The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some understand slowness. Instead He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9

  1. Pray that every man and woman, boy and girl that the Lord would send to STBC will commit to stay plugged in, rooted and grounded by the Word and teachings of Apostle Ese Duke. Not wavering, not swayed easily, so they can fulfill their destiny in life.

So Christ Himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12to equip His people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. 14Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ. Ephesians 4:11-15

  1. Pray that you will develop a passion and hunger for the Word of God. You will embrace it, chew it, work it, do it, and hold unto it until you see results. Pray against laziness and laxity in your word life.

Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. 23Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror 24and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. 25But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do. James 1:22-25

  1. Pray that God will give you the grace to understand His voice, His heart desire for you, His ways, and to know Him deeper and better than ever before.

This is what the Lord says: “Let not the wise boast of their wisdom or the strong boast of their strength or the rich boast of their riches, 24but let the one who boasts boast about this: that they have the understanding to know me, that I am the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,” Jeremiah 9:23-24

  1. Pray for increased grace, strength, anointing, direction, wisdom, and a higher dimension of God’s presence, power and glory upon your man of God, Apostle Ese Duke as he continues to impact lives in this generation, across the globe.

The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor, especially those whose work is preaching and teaching. 1Timothy 5:17

Now we ask you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. 13Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other. 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13

  1. Pray that God will send committed, selfless, and dedicated destiny helpers to help move His mandate forward, so He can flourish and blossom.

So He said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty. Zechariah 4:6

  1. Pray for divine protection over your man and woman of God, their family, and the ministry. Pray that a hedge of fire surround them and that every hidden agenda of the enemy be destroyed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

There is no divination against Jacob, no evil omens against Israel. It will now be said of Jacob and of Israel, ‘See what God has done!’ Numbers 23:23.

Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. 4He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. Psalm 91:3-4

Remain steadfast in your intimacy with the Holy Spirit. Bask in His love and in His Word. You are the light of the world.
